ordering

All pieces are custom made so please allow 6 weeks for delivery. Occasionally rush orders are possible unless I am out of the studio for art shows. I do not ship an order until I am satisfied  it is my best so if I need more time I will email requesting additional time. All orders are shipped UPS ground  and insured for full value. The minimum charge is $15.

All work is handmade so there will be some variation in stated sizes. Exact color matches using a computer image is not possible but my translucent colors blend well and are consistent for matching sets.

All orders including shipping charges must be paid in full before shipment. Texas residents, add sales tax of  8.25% and accept the thanks of the Wimberley Library for the part used to support it.

Visa, Mastercard and Discover card are accepted as well as checks to Clay Hearts Pottery. Please do not email credit card information when you place an order. Include the ship to address and billing address if different and don’t forget a phone number. I will confirm receipt of your order, the details of size and color and the total balance due and  call you to collect payment information on a secure phone line.
